I have genital warts, or I just have HPV with no dysplasia, is this course also for me?
The HPV membership focuses on HPV with cervical dysplasia, but ALL advice for HPV can be applied to your case if you have genital warts or HPV with no dysplasia.
How much support and feedbeck do I get?
This depends on which support level you have chosen:
- Essential support: A live group call twice a month and group chat channel for your questions in between calls
- Advanced support: Same as essential support PLUS 1x60min 1on1 case taking call and a completely individualized done-for-you treatment plan
- Done-for-you Support: Same as in Essential AND Advanced Support PLUS monthly 1on1 calls with updated treatment plans done-for-you AND private chat channel for all your in between questions

I just need somone to tell me what to do, is this program for me?
In this case, the Done-for-you support level is the right choice. This is much more guided, you can get started asap, and all you have to do is follow the treatment plan
Can you also send me supplements and pessaries?
All support levels come with access to order supplements and pessaries. The Advanced and Done-for-you support also come with access to order individualized herbal mixes to enhance your healing.
What is the time commitment in the HPV Membership?
There are 6 modules each with a 1 hour video to watch and worksheets and questionnaires to do aswell. Additionally we have our group call twice per month.

And however long you need to implement the diet and lifestyle changes you commit to. For the done-for-you support level, watching the videos and doing the worksheets is an added benefit, but not a necessity as the treatment plans are done for you.
I already had a LEEP. Will I still find value in the HPV Membership?

Valid question. I don't actually expect you to love every single module. In fact, the reason there are so many features is that I want you to receive support in whatever way you need. So, you can pick and choose how and when you receive support.

BUT, the BEST results are seen when you work on ALL modules to cover all the areas in your life.

Often, the modules that women like the least are the ones they need MOST help in. But if they are resistant to change, they might look for excuses to avoid going out of their comfort zone.

I advise to expect 150-300€ per month for the first 6 months. But this can be adapted to your individual budget

For the 1on1 calls, you will be contacted shortly after your purchase to book your first appointment. Usually appointments are available with 1-2 weeks
I am pregnant/breastfeeding, is the HPV membership for me?
Yes, absolutely! You will need to choose the Done-for-yo support option as adaptations need to be made. I have successfully helped both pregnant and breastfeeding mothers many times before
How quickly can I expect to see results?
HPV and cervical dysplasia results commonly take 6 months to start being apparent. In some cases, results can be seen earlier or later depending on the presentation, severity, and commitment of the client. I usually advise clients that it takes 12-18 months to become HPV negative. But I often see results much earlier.
Who is Kristina the Naturopath and what qualifications does she have?
I have a Bachelor of science in Naturopathy and have taken specialist courses in vaginal health and HPV. I have been in the health industry for over a decade and have helped myself and Women around the globe successfully become HPV negative.
Will I need to buy a lot of expensive supplements?
You can implement everything that is taught and referenced inside the program without buying supplements. You also get to pick and choose what you want to work on.
